Civic Engagement

Get out the Vote with ACT!

There are almost 2.4 million eligible voters in the African community nationwide. Voting is one mechanism to participate in democracy on both the local and federal level. If you are unable to vote due to status, there are still ways that you can support voters, such as volunteering to take people to the polls!

Join African Communities Together's Civic Engagement team as we mobilize African immigrants to raise our voice and show up to the polls during the critical  2022 midterm elections.

Election Day is November 8, 2022.
