African Communities Together (ACT) needs an experienced community organizer and base-builder with expertise in organizing immigrant and BIPOC communities to lead our advocacy campaigns and cultivate an engaged membership base. This individual will also be responsible for outreach, member leadership development, and building external partnerships. This position is vital for establishing a new ACT branch in Pennsylvania. Additionally, this position works with the director of the Philadelphia Chapter to advance the Chapter's goals and objectives.

African Communities Together (ACT) seeks an experienced Data Manager to support the organization's campaigns and programs. The Data Manager will continually update and improve ACT's client relationship management system (Every Action), establish data collection standards and protocols, and produce detailed reports for external and internal evaluation. This position will report to the Impact & Capacity Building Director and collaborate with the Communications Manager, ACT Chapter Directors, and Operations & Human Resources Manager to advance ACT's mission, objectives, and goals. The ideal candidate possesses a combination of technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities and is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.

ACT seeks to hire a DC/MD/VA Director to provide effective, dynamic leadership in expanding our regional chapter's membership base, grassroots efforts, and programs. The DC/MD/VA Director is responsible for leading and managing chapter activities, developing the chapter's strategic plan, boosting the chapter's visibility, and overseeing its programmatic contributions. This position collaborates with the National Organizing Director and national leadership of ACT to advance the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.

African Communities Together is seeking to hire an ESOL Curriculum Design Specialist for a 4-month contract to lead the development of a contextualized ESOL training program for individuals who are interested in working in the healthcare industry but do not have the necessary language fluency to access jobs in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive ESOL program that will meet the needs of adult learners.
